What you will receive:

• Player Introduction: Each player will complete a detailed questionnaire covering their baseball/softball background, hitting strengths and weaknesses, goals, and available training resources that allows me to gain a deep understanding of each player's background, skill level, and training needs. 
• Goal Setting: We'll dive into your short-term and long-term goals, whether it's increasing bat speed, improving exit velocity, or refining your mechanics. 
• Strengths & Weaknesses Discussion: Each player will provide a detailed assessment of their hitting strengths and areas for improvement. This information will help identify key focus areas for training and development.
• Swing Analysis: Together, we’ll take an in-depth look at your swing mechanics. We’ll discuss any video footage you may have and break down key areas for development.
• Customized Drills and Hitting Plan: You will be given tailored, personalized drills and programs targeting specific areas for improvement.
• Swing Mechanics Masterclass: You will receive a 90-minute deep dive into the fundamental aspects of swing mechanics, providing a thorough understanding of the key components for a successful swing. 
• Bi-Monthly Reassessment and Monthly Mechanical Inspections: Every two months you'll receive a reassessment ensuring that you are consistently progressing toward your goals. During each reassessment, we review key performance metrics, analyze your progress since the last evaluation and identify both your improvements and any areas that may need further refinement. We can then either create a new custom program tailored to your evolving needs or make precise adjustments to your existing program. Every month we will go through a similar process on a slightly smaller scale for our monthly inspections.
• Support and Accountability: You will be able to contact Matt and his staff using a private GroupMe chat group. This provides dependable communication and accountability to help you stay consistent with your training.
